Winter Meditation.

With longer nights and colder days, now is the time to embrace the stillness and quiet of Winter. Now is the time for reflection, a time to pause and rest. The holidays, of course, make this difficult, but not impossible. A few moments are all you need. In fact, you only really need one. This one.

Pause.

Breathe.

Let that thought go.

It doesn’t matter right now.

This is your moment.

Rest.

Breathe.

Let go of stress.

Decorating will get done.

The shopping can wait.

Relax.

Breathe.

Feel the chill wind.

Let a smile form without thought.

Right now is all yours.

Enjoy.
